Marat Musaelyan appointed Secretary of the NKR National Security
Council

On May 7 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on dismissing
Karen Baburyan from eh post of the Secretary of the NKR National
Security Council. According to the President's decree, Karen Baburyan
was appointed Representative of the NKR President on Special
Instructions.
According to another presidential decree, Head of Staff of the Office
of the NKR President Marat Musaelyan was appointed Secretary of the NKR
National Security Council.
President Bako Sahakyan signed another decree on establishing the
structure of the NKR National Security Council.
The National Security Council of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic
comprises:
1. NKR President
2. Chairman of the NKR National Assembly
3. NKR Prime Minister
4. Secretary of NKR Security Council
5. NKR Defense Minister ` Commander of the NKR Defense Army
6. NKR Foreign Minister
7. Head of Staff of the Office of the NKR President
8. NKR Prosecutor General
9. President of the NKR Supreme Court
10. Director of the National Security Service
11. NKR Chief of Police
12. First Deputy Commander of NKR Army
13. First Deputy Commander of NKR Army ` Chief of Staff
