Azeri soldier reported killed by Armenian sniper in Karabakh

Another serviceman of our national army has been killed. Elsan
Qurbanov was shot by an Armenian sniper in Tartar's Qapanli
village. The Defence Ministry has confirmed the incident.
Elsan Qurbanov, 19, was conscripted from Agstafa District. May he rest
in peace.
