    The Armenia School Foundation USA Ends 2007 Successfully By Refurnishing
    Ten Schools in Armenia and Karabagh.

    Glendale, California January 28, 2008 - The Armenia School Foundation (ASF
    USA), a non-profit organization dedicated to refurnishing schools in
    Armenia and Karabagh, is proud to announce the completion of ten school
    projects during the year 2007.

    `ASF managed to deliver 1,300 sets of new student chairs and desks, 90
    blackboards and 101 teacher desk/chair sets to schools in various regions
    in Armenia and Karabagh, in 2007. This is a great accomplishment not just
    for ASF, but for all of our supporters and friends who strongly believe in
    better education of our future generation' stated Armen Abrahamian,
    chairman of the Board.

    Besides refurnishing four previously reported schools, six other school
    projects were completed in the recent months.

    Rshtuni School #11, in the city of Ejmiadzin, Armavir Region, received 142
    sets of student desks and chairs, along with 13 teacher's desks and
    blackboards. The project was funded ($11,570) by Glendale Sunrise Rotary
    Club.

    School #10, in the city of Ghapan, Sunik Region, received 135 sets of
    student desks and chairs, along with 11 teacher's desks and blackboards.
    The project was funded ($12,160) by friends and family members in memory
    of late Mr. Tatevos Der Sarkissian.

    Jamgochian School #119, in the city of Ejmiadzin, in the region of
    Armavir, received 50 student's desks and chairs, along with 3 teacher's
    desks and blackboards. The project was funded ($4,305) by The Alumni of
    the Lebanese Jamkochian School.

    Loosakoonk School, in the city of Loosakoonk, in the region of
    Gegharkoonik, received 110 student desks and chairs, along with 11
    teacher's desks. The project was funded ($9,790) by Mr. and Mrs. Isaac and
    Frida Vartanian.

    Utanya School, in the city of Zovinar, in the region of Gegharkoonik,
    received 20 student's desks and chairs. The project was funded ($1,500) by
    Mr. and Mrs. Isaac and Frida Vartanian.
    Khachadour Abovian School #1, in the city of Stepanakert, Karabagh,
    received 425 sets of student's desks and chairs, along with 30 teacher's
    desks and blackboards. The project was funded (30,300) by family and
    friends of Dr. Levon and Mrs. Janet Mirzayan in lieu of gifts for their
    40th Anniversary, along with Zareh, Mia, Andre and Reymond Mirzayans in
    honor of Reymond's christening.

    `ASF USA with the support of its staff in Armenia has already identified
    12 schools in need of new furniture for the upcoming year in regions of
    Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, and Karabagh. The success of last year's
    accomplishments encourages us to set higher goals and standards for our
    fundraising activities in the future. We are grateful to our donors for a
    great 2007 and will have the opportunity to celebrate all our
    accomplishments during ASF's 5th Anniversary Gala in May of 2008' stated
    Mr. Abrahamian. `

    The Armenia School Foundation (ASF USA) is a non profit and non-sectarian,
    501©3 organization, founded in May 2003. ASF USA strives to provide new
    furniture for underprivileged schools in remote regions of Armenia and
    Karabagh to enhance the learning environment. ASF has provided over 8,000
    sets of furnishings to-date to over 185 schools with funds collected
    worldwide.
