    2009, the company's press-release says.

According to the source, the downtime is needed to restore

will be needed to remove the consequences of the accidence. This amount

the work connected with preparation for launching the rubber production
line by butadiene technology will not be suspended.

suspension of production, 18% of 2734 the plant employees (about 500
    people) will not work temporarily.
