Minsk Group co-chairs of the Organization for Security and Cooperation

Tuesday that ceasefire violations across the Line of Contact with
    Azerbaijan need to be investigated.

Bernard Fassier of France, Robert Bradtke of US and Igor
Popov of Russia, as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE
Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, told Seryan Ohanyan that the
examination of those ceasefire violations revealed that effective
mechanisms of international investigation should be introduced for
    those violations

Seyran Ohanyn, in turn, briefed them on the current situation on the
Line of Contact, noting that the "provocations of Azerbaijani snipers
are a threat to the effeorts made by the Minsk Group co-chairs'
