If The PAP Really Tries To Correct Its Mistake

    Story from Lragir.am News:

We asked the Vice-chairman of Heritage Ruben Hakobyan to comment on
the initiative to apply to the Constitutional Court.

Mr. Hakobyan, what is the Heritage position on the initiative to apply
    to the Constitutional Court?

The truth is this: when Heritage and ARFD made the same proposal, it
was rejected also with the help of the Prosperous Armenia party, they
voted against it. Now, the PAP has 29 parliamentary members, and if
the PAP really wants to correct its mistake, it needs to apply to the
Constitutional Court with the help of its 27 MPs without losing time.
Let the party show that it is courageous enough to adopt oppositional
attitude and confront with its coalition partner. Applying to the CC
several days before the elections pursues completely different goals.

    What do you mean?

PAP is trying to use the joint election headquarters and present
itself as an oppositional party. After all, this headquarters has not
done anything serious so far, besides the fact that it protects the
illegal activities of the PAP. This party, along with the RPA, is
currently engaged in distributing AMD 10 thousands buying votes.

Besides, the Election Code is breached at every step. The Election
Code says that those charity organizations the names of which can be
assimilated /associated/ with the names of the candidates and parties
can't be used during the election campaign. Seeing all this
illegality, the ANC is doing everything to protect the illegal PAP
activities. I'm afraid but the ARFD, directly or indirectly, is
involved in this game. I don't think the ANC-PAP political marriage
will last long, but it can disorientate the oppositional voters.
