Naira Zohrabyan summarizes 2012: "We have nothing to be proud of"

The secretary of the parliamentary faction of "Prosperous Armenia"
Naira Zohrabyan, in a conversation with Lurer.com summarizing 2012,
said that we had nothing to be proud of.

"As much as we have tried to believe claims of unprecedented economic
growth, the economic stability, the reality is quite different.

One should be glad and thankful that at least we were able to maintain
relatively stable in the foreign field, and as for the social and
economic situation of the country, I repeat, no matter how much we
trust the published figures, links or to various international and
authoritative structures, the reality is still different.

Emigration has reached catastrophic numbers, poverty is increasing day
by day, unemployment is rising, while investment is reduced
ignominiously. Armenia has become one of the most dangerous countries
for investment, and not a single speech with curly sentences, phrases
and words that every day we hear from the mouths of various members of
the government will not convince me otherwise.

Every citizen must feel the economic growth on his skin, but a citizen
just does not only feel the economic growth, but also in response to
the statements, leaves the country. "Unfortunately, our national lives
worse today than yesterday, then he lived a year or two ago. That's a
    fact," said deputy of PAP.

Speaking of expectations in 2013, Naira Zohrabyan said: "I hope that
we will finally understand that the formation of a normal democratic
country is the most dangerous way of imitation, imitation of a civil
    society.

Imitation talk about equality of human rights, when we know that the
reality is quite different when there is a class that considers itself
the supreme friend, above the law, above the Constitution. That's the
    problem.

When we are constantly talking about the fight against corruption, in
fact the corruption is growing. Now that's an imitation, it is the
most dangerous way. Imitation is derogatory to our country. I would
like to hope that what I have listed, will be changed in 2013."
