Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his official guest German
Chancellor Angela Merkel have met the leaders of religious communities
in Turkey.
The Mufti of Ankara M.Hakkı Ozer, the Fener Greek Patriarch
Bartholomew, Armenian acting Patriarch Aram AteÅ~_yan ,Chief Rabbi
Yitzak Haleva , the Metropolit of the Assyrian Mor Gabriel monastery
Samuel AktaÅ~_, the acting Patriarch of the Assyrian Catholic Church
of Turkey and a member of the Executive Board of the Protestant
Churches Association of Turkey Umut Å~^ahin attended the meeting at
the official residence of the Prime Minister.
The meeting lasted about one hour and twenty minutes.
