ArmInfo. The Penal Enforcement Department of the Justice Ministry of
Armenia has refuted the information about transfer of Nairi Hunanyan to
    another jail.

Today, Iskakan Iravunk newspaper reported that Hunanyan had been
transferred from Nubarashen prison to Kentron jail. "This is not true.
Hunanyan has been kept in Kentron jail from the very first day of his
imprisonment," the press secretary of the department Arsen Babayan told
    ArmInfo.

To remind, on Dec 2003 Nairi Hunanyan, his brother Karen Hunanyan,
their uncle Vram Galstyan as well as Eduard Grigoryan, Derenik Bejanyan
and Ashot Knyazyan were sentenced to life in prison for committing an
act of terrorism in the Armenian parliament on Oct 27 1999: they killed
the speaker of the parliament Karen Demirtchyan, prime minister Vazgen
Sargsyan, vice speakers Yuri Bakhshyan and Ruben Miroyan, MPs Genrikh
Abrahamyan, Leonard Petrossyan, Mikayel Kotanyan and Armenak
    Armenakyan.
