/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia welcomes Dmitry Medvedev's initiative to
invite Armenian and Azeri leaders to Moscow for talks on the Nagorno
Karabakh conflict, the RA Foreign Minister said.

"This meeting will convey an impulse to Karabakh talks held in the
framework of the OSCE Minsk Group," Edward Nalbandian told reporters
    in Yerevan today.

"Tomorrow, Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan will
meet in Moscow. On November 1, a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group
    Co-chairs is scheduled.

Asked why two OSCE MG mediators are in Baku at the moment, Minister
Nalbandian said, "Perhaps, there is some misunderstanding they want
    to clear up with Azerbaijan."

President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia, Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and
Dmitry Medvedev of Russia will meet in Moscow on November 2 to discuss
the Karabakh conflict, on initiative of the Russian leader.
