DE PANNE, AUGUST 17, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The International
Dancing Festival took place on August 11 in the city of De
Panne. Dancing ensembles from Greece, England, France and Norway
participated in the festival. The Barekamutyun (Friendship) dancing
ensemble functioning in the staff of the Nuard Armenian Cultural
Union represented Belgium at that festival. The Nuard Cultural Union
