President Serzh Sargsyan, during the Republican Party of Armenia
convention on Saturday, in stating that those who blame him for handing
over Nagorno-Karabakh wish to see the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh
as part of Azerbaijan, meant those "who don't have political
responsibility and courage to carry out the people's will until
the end." This opinion was expressed by Republican Party of Armenia
parliamentary faction secretary Eduard Sharmazanov while speaking to
    journalists today.

"We all remember who didn't have responsibility, who refrained, and who
on March 5, 1992, said to Komsomolskaya Pravda that Nagorno-Karabakh
must be part of Azerbaijan," stated Sharmazanov.

Upon journalists' request to name the individual he was referring
to, Sharmazanov replied that Armenia's first president, currently
the leader of the Armenian National Congress, Levon Ter-Petrossian,
had given an interview to the Russian paper Komsomolskaya Pravda.
