MKRTICH MINASYAN: WE MUST BE CAUTIOUS

The ratification of the Armenian-Turkish relations proceeds from
our interests, MP, member of the Republican Party of Armenia Mkrtich
Minasyan told a press conference today.
According to him, what's happening in the Turkish political circles
today is a call for Armenia to be cautious.
"We have to be very cautious. Parliamentary discussions should take
place only when we see that the Turkish Parliament meets all its
commitments," Mkrtich Minasyan said.
