TIGRAN SARKISIAN INVITES BERLUSCONI TO VISIT ARMENIA

On behalf of Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian, Armenia's
Ambassador to Italy Ruben Karapetian had invited Silvio Berlusconi to
visit Yerevan, a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry of Armenia said.
"We've got the background for Italy to become one of the leading
partners of Armenia," said Ruben Karapetian when met with Italy's
Deputy Prime Minister Gianni Letta.
Gianni Letta, in his part, said Italy lays great store on development
of relations with Armenia and added that is ready to make his efforts
to contribute to Armenia-Italy relationship.
