ARF positively assesses President Serzh Sargsyan's speech at OSCE
Astana summit, ARF political director, Giro Manoyan told a news
conference in Yerevan.
"The statement was timely. There was the necessity to declare it
openly," Manoyan said.
In his words, in general, ARF positively assesses President's Astana
speech if only President Sargsyan did not imply recognition of Nagorno
Karabakh only in case of war.
According to the politician, in case of war Armenia should not de jure
recognize the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, but should rather declare
unification with Artsakh.
