Yuri Khachaturov attends NATO general staff chiefs' session
Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel General
Yuri Khachaturov attended the session of general staff chiefs of
NATO's member and partner states in the format of states participating
in the operations in Afghanistan. The session was held from May 4 to 5
in NATO Headquarters in Brussels, the Defense Ministry press office
reported.
The session focused on the situation in Afghanistan. The attendees
discussed NATO's future strategy.
In his address, Yuri Khachaturov introduced Armenia's plan to increase
our military contingent in Afghanistan.
