The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) briefed the Transport

"The vide flight recorders have mechanical damage. [But] the Interstate
Aviation Committee specialists have conducted information recovery and
reading. All data, which the video flight recorders of the aircraft
have recorded, are copied and submitted to the delegation of the
Transport Ministry of the Republic of the Congo," specifically reads
the statement which RIA Novosti News Agency of Russia cited.
