The Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Georgi Petrosyan
and the delegation of the Russian-American working group on regional
conflict issues of the Dortmund Conference discussed the draft circular
agreement concerning the peaceful settlement of the conflict. It was
prepared within the framework of the Dortmund conference as a result
of the nine phases of the dialogue between the representatives of
Azerbaijan, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh.
Appreciating the efforts of the working group towards the finding of
mutually acceptable solutions, the Karabakh Foreign Minister mentioned
the participation of the NKR representative in the dialogue within
the framework of the Dortmund Conference as a positive side.
At the same time Georgi Petrosyan found the preservation of
the ceasefire regime, as well as the realization of the moral
responsibility of the concerned international structures and
organizations in the inadmissibility of the usage of force in the
conflict zone, irregardless of the participation in the negotiation
process extremely important.
