OSCE Minsk Group proposals - clue to Karabakh settlement - Lavrov

The OSCE Minsk Group cochairmen's mediation and assistance will allow
the conflicting parties to reach an agreement on the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict settlement, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrvov said
after talks with his Armenian counterpart Vartan Oskanian on Friday.
The Minsk Group consists of the U.S., France and Russia.
``Co-chairmen are working over proposals for the conflict settlement
to put them on the agenda for resuming negotiations,'' he said.
``We do not disclose the details at this point, as they are not our
asset, but the asset of all cochairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group,''
Lavrov said.
``This is the clue to a settlement,'' he said.
