Presentation of manual for tax payers held in Yerevan
YEREVAN, August 10. /ARKA/. Presentation of a manual for tax payers
was held in Yerevan on Friday.
Armenian State Tax Agency Deputy Chief Armen Alaverdyan said the
manual contains the information and recommendations useful not only
for accomplished businessmen, but also for beginners.
He said that the book contains detailed answers to the questions
about steps needed to begin business to run tax account as well as to
questions related to control and supervision over economy entities'
activities.
Alaverdyan said that all copies of the book - one thousand - will be
distributed among the country's entrepreneurs trough NGOs.
It was decided to place the text of the manual on State Tax Agency's
and Armenian Trade-Industrial Chamber's official sites.
Armenian Trade-Industrial Chamber Chairman Martin Sargsyan stressed
that the book presentation is the continuation of the Chamber's
cooperation with tax agencies.
`It as very pleasant that the initiative has come from State Tax
Agency itself', he said.
The book was composed by State Tax Agency in cooperation with
Armenian Accountants Association and experts from World Bank and
