NUMBER OF REAL ESTATE ALIENATION TRANSACTIONS GROWS BY 13.2% IN ARMENIA IN JANUARY-JUNE 2007 ON SAME PERIOD OF LAST YEAR

YEREVAN, AUGUST 14, NOYAN TAPAN. 26,790 transactions on real estate
alienation were conducted in Armenia in January-June 2007, their
number growing by 13.2% as compared with 23,274 transactions in the
same period of 2006.
According to the RA National Statistical Service, out of real
estate alienation transactions conducted in the indicated period,
23,364 ones were sales and purchases, 3,258 were donations, and 168
were exchanges. 8,536 transactions on real estate alienation were
registered in Yerevan.
