MATCH BETWEEN REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS OF ARMENIA AND PORTUGAL HELD IN YEREVAN ENDS IN DRAW: 1:1

YEREVAN, AUGUST 23, NOYAN TAPAN. The regular match between the national
representative teams of Armenia and Portugal of the "Euro-2008"
group tournament was held in the Republican sports ground of Yerevan
on August 22.
The match ended in a draw, with a score of 1:1. Robert Arzumanian
and Cristiano Ronaldo scored the two goals.
The following countries have the following sequence in the tournament
table of the first group: Poland 19 points, Finland 17 points,
Portugal 15 points, Serbia, 14, Belgium 10, Armenia 8, Kazakhstan 6,
and Azerbaijan has got 5 points.
The national representative team of Armenia will receive Serbs in
Yerevan on October 13.
