Poochigian won't use her father's campaign funds for next year's
Fresno County board raceI speculated the other day that Debbie
Poochigian, a candidate for Fresno County supervisor, might be able to
use campaign funds from the account of her late father, Deran
Koligian, a longtime member of the Board of Supervisors until passing
away in 2001.
