YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 30, NOYAN TAPAN. On November 28 a citizen wanted to
make a self-arson attempt by pouring petrol on himself in the building
of the regional administration of Lori. The citizen: Arshak A. born in
1963, was brought to the police section of Vanadzor, the circumstances
are still being revealed, preliminary investigation is underway.
