NAGORNO-KARABAKH PRESIDENT AND DEFENSE MINISTER DISCUSSED ISSUES OF
ARMY CONSTRUCTION
December 5 Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakian held a
working sitting with the participation of NKR Defense Minister Movses
Hakopian and NKR Deputy Defense Ministers.
According to the information DE FACTO got at the Central Department
of Information under NKR President, the sitting's participants had
discussed the issues referring to the sphere of army construction and
the course of fall call-up. The meeting's participants also
considered the issues referring to Hayastan All-Armenian Fund's TV
marathon held in the U. S.
