MINISTRY OF JUSTICE WANTS MORE TRANSPARENCY

The minister of justice Arthur Mosiyan stated yesterday that the
second notary office opened in Stepanakert next to the first one. He
said the citizens can both show up at the office or telephone.
Arthur Mosiyan did not deny drawbacks exist which are often due to
unawareness. "The workers of justice will be seconded to Yerevan in
2008 to improve their qualification," said the minister of justice
adding that agreement was reached during the recent visit of the
delegation of the Armenian ministry of justice to Karabakh.
For more transparency, the minister of justice promised that the
telephone numbers of the mass media will be pinned up on the walls
of the notary offices.
