WORLD BANK EUROPE AND CENTRAL ASIA REGIONAL VICE-PRESIDENT TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA ON DECEMBER 13

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 12, NOYAN TAPAN. The World Bank Europe and
Central Asia Regional Vice-President Mr. Shigeo Katsu, who is now
in Azerbaijan, will come on a three-day visit to Armenia on December
13. NT correspondent was informed by the WB Yerevan Office that the
purpose of S. Katsu's visit is to familiarize himself with the process
of WB-financed programs' implementation in Armenia.
To recap, since 1992, World Bank has provided 1.1 billion dollars
for implementation of 49 programs in Armenia.
