EDITORIAL OFFICE OF 'CHORORD ISHKHANUTYUN' EXPLODED

ArmInfo. An explosion took place in Yerevan on December 12 night in the
Editorial office of the "Chorord Ishkhanutyun" oppositional newspaper,
one the newspaper's journalists told ArmInfo.
As the press-service of RA Police reports, no one suffered as a result
of the explosion. However, it was promised to deliver a detailed
information later. The newspaper, headed by its Editor Shogher
Matevosyan, supported in its publications the candidacy of Armenia's
ex-President Levon Ter- Petrosyan at the forthcoming presidential
election in Armenia. Journalists themselves connect the terrorist
act with publications of an oppositional heat.
