PACE CALLS ON PUBLICS TO RESOLVE 'FROZEN CONFLICTS'

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ December 18, the PACE Monitoring Committee
recommended the states involved in frozen conflicts (Nagorno Karabakh,
Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transnistria) to draw the publics in
discussion of the problem.

The Monitoring Committee also discussed formation of a standing
subcommittee on 'frozen conflicts', Trend reports.
