VICE SPEAKER OF AZERBAIJAN'S MILLI MAJLIS AGAINST PEOPLE'S DIPLOMACY BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND AZERBAIJANI PEOPLES

ArmInfo. Vice speaker of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Bahar Muradov is
against the people's diplomacy between the Armenian and Azerbaijani
peoples, APA reports.
"Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is not carried out through the
people's diplomacy", the vice speaker said. Talking of her attitude to
the visit of representatives of the Azerbaijani Mass Media and NGOs to
Armenia she said that different opinions exist here and each party has
serious arguments: "However, the official position of Azerbaijan says
that regulation of contacts with Armenia at any level is considered
inexpedient until the negotiation process did not give the desired
results. We are loyal to this principle. There are facts of holding
meetings at the level of Mass Media, NGOs, etc. This cannot be banned
completely". However, the vice speaker made a statement simultaneously
which conflicts with all the above-said. She said that the "Armenians
remain on hostile positions towards Azerbaijan since they have no
information about our country".
