Prime minister's news conference on 100th day of office

Ara Harutiunyan held a news conference devoted to the adoption of the
state budget 2008. We have learned that yesterday was the hundredth day
of Ara Harutiunyan's office.
According to Ara Harutiunyan, the state budget of 2008 will focus on
social affairs but bears the preconditions of economic development.
Among preconditions the prime minister mentioned structural reforms in
the sphere of energy and replacements, which helped raise profitability
of the system.
According to the prime minister, a number of government officials and
major business owners did not pay electricity bills. Now this problem
has been solved, and nobody in Karabakh avoids paying the bills.
According to the prime minister, it is a precondition for having the
sector generate profit. In a few years Karabakh will generate enough
energy to supply the demand of the population, Ara Harutiunyan said.
