On February 7, at 01:30 a.m. the Lori police department received
information about a boy lost in the woods. Resident of village
Vardablur, region of Lori Sargis Ayvazyan (b. 1987) had left the
house the previous day to go hunting in the nearby woods. He never
returned home.
Before sending an alarm the residents of the village had tried to
find the lost hunter themselves.
The rescuing group started its work early in the morning. At about
10:00 a.m. they found the dead body of the boy in the canyon between
villages Amrakits and Vardablur.
