"The wave of mass control during the elections against fabrications
will result in velvet revolution", says leader of National Democratic
Union Arshak Sadoyan. He thinks that the precondition for victory
is not unity, but groups of empowered people and observers who can
fight against falsifiers.
According to Arshak Sadoyan, 10 thousand strong-willed people are
enough for that.
Sadoyan agrees with Vazgen Manoukyan that the authorities
will fabricate the elections regardless of the interest of the
international community and the money allotted my "Millennium
Challenges". According to Sadoyan, the grounds for fabrications have
been prepared legislatively. He reminded about the leakages of the
Electoral Code which will allow the authorities to fabricate the
elections. Nevertheless, he hopes that they can do nothing against
20 thousand careful eyes o the observers.
Mr. Sadoyan also thinks that the democratic powers of the opposition
must join efforts and create headquarters which will coordinate the
activity of the empowered people.
Asked if it is not too late to create a council and headquarters, Mr.
Sadoyan agreed and added that he has been speaking about it for 6
months, but no one listens to him.
