Armenian President Robert Kocharian does not realize what he is
saying. Kocharian spoke nonsense in Paris while rendering thanks to
Armenian lobby.
"As in 1915, we have the same neighbor who does not admit the crime
it committed. There is a risk of repetition," he said.
