DALAI LAMA NOTICES SOME SIMILARITY BETWEEN KARABAKH AND TIBET PROBLEMS

there should be some similarity between the Nagorno Karabakh and Tibet
problems, but some differences too. Responding the question how it is

various unions, Dalai Lama stated, "I have already said earlier that
it is very important: the right of nations to self-determination and
to keeping cultural heritage. After all, the cultural heritage forms
in the process of evolution and it meets the needs of certain people,"
