Board of Armenian CB registered the "Regulations of market makers" of the Armenian Stock Exchange

Yerevan, January 23 /Mediamax/. The Board of the Armenian Central Bank
approved today the "Substantiation regulations for insurance tariffs".
As Mediamax was told in the CB press service, the Board of the
Armenian Central Bank registered the "Regulations of market makers"
of the self-regulatiing "Armenian Stock Exchange" organization, the
changes in the "Tariff regulations", the changes and the amendments
in the "Regulations of listing and de-listing of securities", made
changes in the regulations "On presenting the CB with programs of
prospective development by the commercial banks, functioning in the
territory of Armenia".
The CB Board also made a decision on registering the branches of
the multi-purpose "Aregak" credit organization in the towns Gyumri,
Ashtarak and Echmiadzin.
