250 M EUROS WITHIN TWO YEARS

The Lebanese FATTOUCH GROUP company invested 250 million euros in the
economy of Armenia in 2005-2007, stated Pierre Fattouch, president
of the board of directors of the K-Telecom Company, the cellular
phone operator of Armenia. "Within the past two years the company
has invested over 250 million euros in the economy of Armenia. It is
evidence to raising confidence for Armenia as a promising country,
raising confidence for the government of Armenia, which provides
the necessary legislative, political and social stability," Pierre
Fattouch stated in a news conference on July 12 devoted to the second
anniversary of K-Telecom. He also said FATTOUCH GROUP is likely to make
more investments in the economy of Armenia, particularly in building,
ore mining, and to create jobs. According to him, the result of two
years of work of the VIVA Cell Company justifies the investments.
