OMBUDSMAN WORRIED ABOUT KASAKH REFUGEES
RA Human Rights Ombudsman Armen Harutyunyan has applied with
intermediation to UN Refugee Department to ask assistance for
Avanesyan family living in the village of Kasakh in Kotayk region. As
the HRO Information and Public Relations Department informed
panorama.am their work group had visited the refugees the previous day
to see the leaving conditions there.
As the Ombudsman office informed the leaving conditions of the 30
refugee families are extremely inconsolable. The family leaves in the
previous correctional colony territory. A.Harutyunyan has with an
official letter applied to the RA Territorial Management Ministry
Migration Agency chair G.Eganyan for the provision of information
concerning the projects implemented and measures taken in that
territory.
