REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA TO PAY 150 THOUSAND DOLLARS TO RA CITIZEN ON ITS INITIATIVE WITHIN FRAMEWORK OF CASE HEARD IN EUROPEAN COURT

YEREVAN, JULY 30, NOYAN TAPAN. The Republic of Armenia will pay
150 thousand dollars to Gevorg Chghlian, an RA citizen, on its own
initiative in return for alienation of real estate for state needs
within the frameworks of the case heard in the European Court of Human
Rights. This information was provided to a Noyan Tapan correspondent
by Lana Mshetsian, the Spokeswoman of the RA Ministry of Justice. She
mentioned at the same time that the above-mentioned sum will be paid
according to the agreement made between the RA citizen and the state.
