LEO PLATVOET: VISIT FROM SUBCOMMITTEE ON KARABAKH TO THE REGION HAS BEEN POSTPONED

The visit of the members of Council of Europe Subcommittee on Nagorno
Karabakh to the region scheduled for early June has been postponed,
member of the committee, PACE rapporteur on missing persons in the
South Caucasus Leo Platvoet told the APA exclusively.
He said he unaware of the reasons and supposed that the visit has
been postponed because of technical reasons.
"The visit will possibly take place in autumn," Leo Plavoet said.
The members of the Subcommittee headed by Lord Russell-Johnston are
expected to visit Baku, Yerevan and Armenian-occupied Azerbaijani
territories.
