Gift 2007: participants crossed Karabakh-Armenia border on foot

On May 30 the 24 finalists of Gift 2007 festival arrived from Yerevan,
Hrazdan, Gyumri, Kapan, Moscow, Burgas, Sochi, Tbilisi, Esfahan. The
participants crossed the Karabakh-Armenian border on foot.
The Bulgarian participant is fascinated by the scenery. He thinks it
inspires to sing the song of the festival `Shushi'. `It is impossible
to sing about Artsakh without seeing it,' Aram said.
Gayane from Artsakh says she will sing well after eating a piece of
jengyalov hats (a native pancake with herbs).
On the first day of the festival the participants sang Armenian songs.
