ANCA INTENDS TO KEEP AMERICAN ARMENIANS INFORMED ABOUT RESOLUTION 106 ON ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

LOS ANGELES, JUNE 5, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. The initiative
is expanding in support of the resolution on the Armenian Genocide in
the US House of Representatives and the Senate, the Armenian National
Committee of America (ANCA) reports.
The Project Outreach Western Region - POWER aims to keep American
Armenians informed, through activities of ANCA, about the current
status of the resolution on the Armenian Genocide in the Congress.
Congressmen of 11 West coast states currently support this resolution.
In recent weeks, ANCA has worked with local activists, organizing
meetings with district congressional offices throughout the country.
