CBA PUBLISHES LIST OF SUBJECTS WITH OVERDUE LIABILITIES TO BANKS

YEREVAN, JUNE 5, NOYAN TAPAN. In accordance with the RA Law on Banking
Secret, the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) published the list of
subjects with overdue liabilities towards Armenian commercial banks as
of March 31, 2007 (liabilities overdue 180 days and over and exceeding
5% of the minimum amount of the bank's overall capital). These subjects
are Luys CJSC, Elitar House LLC, Alcon CJSC, Atlas LLC, Intermotor
Yerevan LLC, Graas LLC, Hrazdancement LLC, Eghvard's Mixed Fodder
CJSC, Universalshin LLC, Ararat Wool Processing OJSC, Agrinex OJSC,
Aparan LLC, Start Kerg LLC, Arax and Kostan LLC, Accord Group company,
as well as businessmen Vladislav Mangasarian and Ashot Ghazarian.
