AZERBAIJANI AND ARMENIAN PRESIDENTS TO MEET IN ST PETERSBURG

The next meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents will take
place in St Petersburg, Russia on June 10. Azerbaijan Foreign Minister
Elmar Mammdayarov said while meeting with OSCE Chairman-in-Office
Miguel Anhel Moratinos in Baku, APA reports.
Mr Moratinos said there is a favorable ground for achieving a solution
to the Karabakh problem. OSCE senior official said the parties have
never been so close to the solution of the problem. He said his
meetings with Azerbaijani President and Foreign Minister once more
time raised his hopes on this issue. He said international society
stand for a peaceful settlement on the conflict, emphasizing that
Azerbaijan and Armenia will say final word.
According to OSCE Chairman-in-Office, in the conflicts like Karabakh
there is not a final stage, disagreeing with opinions on conclusive
role of the next meeting of the two presidents. "Sometimes there is
no need to expect too big results".
