The letter of the parents of Azerbaijani Army's soldier Samir Mammadov,
who has been captured by Armenian armed forces, has been sent back,
the soldier's father Nazim Mammadov told APA.
Mammadov said he was informed of it by the International Committee of
the Red Cross (ICRC) office. He said the ICRC Office did not give him
the letter showing no reason for that. "We were only told that ICRC
representatives in Armenia met Samir, and the letter was returned".
ICRC office in Azerbaijan confirmed the returning of the parents'
letter. The office told the APA that the ICRC representatives last
met Samir Mammadov on May 31.
