NUCLEAR POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTION DISCUSSED BY ARMENIA AND RUSSIA
On the first meeting of the Armenian-Russian Workgroup for Cooperation
in Nuclear Energy Sphere the issues of enhancing the security of the
Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant and of constructing a new one.
Mass media informs that representatives of "Atomstroyexport", Russia,
took part in the meeting. The Armenian side represented to
"Atomstroyexport" the plans of nuclear power engineering development
in Armenia and the relevant legislation.
