TURKISH OYAK BANK FOR SALE
The symbol of Turkish Army's might in Turkish economy Oyak bank is put
up on sale, Turkish National Television informs.
Dutch financial institution ING Group, which is the thirteenth in the
list of financial giants of the world, announced that it would buy
Turkey's Oyak bank for 2.673 billion dollars. The sides reached an
agreement. The offered sum set a record in Turkey.
In contrast to Turkish National Television, Turkish newspapers
mentioned that the deal was already concluded on June 19.
By the way, Oyak bank is the partner of French Aksa bank and in spite
of the pressure for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide in France
Oyak bank didn't stop its cooperation with Aksa.
