GREEK PRESIDENT: TURKEY SHOULD RESPECT EU REQUIREMENTS

Turkey, that strives for EU, should respect EU requirements, the way
other states striving for EU do, Greek President Karolos Papoulias
said at a joint press-conference with Armenian President Robert
Kocharyan in Yerevan, Tuesday.
The Greek President expressed hope that Turkey will realize that it
can't strive for EU and at the same time keep an occupation army in
the territory of the Cyprus, an EU member state.
