EU ENVOY FOR SOUTH CAUCASUS DOESN'T LOSE HOPE FOR POSITIVE OUTCOME OF KARABAKH PROCESS

Peter Semneby thinks that the Saint Petersburg meeting of Robert
Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev produced no effect. However, he said he
doesn't lose hope for a positive outcome of the Karabakh process. "I
regret that the Presidents did not achieve a result but I do believe
that the talks will be continued soon. Timeout is essential for
analyzing the situation. Both states are facing elections.
Nevertheless, ideal period for the conflict resolution is limited,"
he resumed, Day.az reports.
