Grand Master Francisco Valekho in the first round of a large international
chess tournament that started in Monte Carlo (Monaco). With 2 points Levon
Aronyan shares 1st-2nd places with Vasili Ivanchuk of Ukraine. Russian Grand
masters Vladimir Kramnik and Alexander Morozevich have 1.5 points each.
